You can ask the service with more then a region, separated by comma.

for the inquiry trp_destination the sign “:” means any amount of arbitrary characters exampke: request for all offers (all regions) for a country with id 15 (Spain)

File with the list of regions is always available at: http://www.merlinx.pl/mdsws/regions.zip . It contains two types of data, a list of countries and regions (the type of value is controlled by the 3rd field), regions with the same numbers can be repeated, the first value is always that we use in our system, all others are variations of the name of the region who came from operators and have been joined.
